DT Swiss has been supplying the bike world with high-quality components for 30 years, since 1994. Whether it’s spokes, rims or hubs, the Swiss have always surprised with innovations and set standards in all areas. The reliability and ease of maintenance of their products remain unrivaled to this day. And especially for this anniversary, they are surprising us with a limited edition of their indestructible 240 hub. There will only be 1994 of them worldwide. And one set could be yours.

The DT Swiss 240 hub rightly enjoys legendary status. This is due to its ultimate reliability. The proven design withstands even the toughest applications and is suitable for every area of use. At the front, the hub body, which has grown in diameter, and the stable axle ensure high steering precision. Reliable propulsion is guaranteed at the rear by the ratchet DEG toothed pulley freewheel. With this, 90 teeth engage securely with each other via two toothed pulleys, which means large-area power transmission and therefore less susceptibility to wear, as well as an extremely low free travel of 4°. In addition, the hub body is very low-torsion and can transmit the braking and drive forces evenly to all spokes via both spoke flanges. The hub also impresses with its low weight and ensures a long service life and low maintenance thanks to the perfectly sealed and very smooth-running bearings.

And of course, this special gift to the cycling community must also be visible. Polished silver with red decals make the hubs an eye-catcher on any bike.

The Campagnolo USB cup-and-cone bearing system guarantees smoothness in the ceramic bearings. The 2-Way Fit profile allows you to mount either a clincher tire or a tire which offers the least rolling resistance possible: the tubeless tire. The 19 mm. inner diameter enables you to mount 23, 25 and 28 mm. tires, with perfect pairing of the rim-tire system.

The Campagnolo Bora WTO’s rideability is enhanced by the 45mm profile, despite the aerodynamic design of the rim. The wheel structure enables reducing energy dissipation, transferring all the energy produced by the cyclist to the asphalt. A 45 mm. profile
